Instructions
Preheat the waffle maker and spray with a nonstick spray.
Grab a large bowl and mix together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Take a smaller bowl and beat together the eggs, vanilla, vegetable oil, and eggnog.
Mix the dry ingredients until they are mixed well.
Scoop out the batter by 1/4 of a cup and put onto the heated waffle iron. Cook until you don't see steam coming from the closed lid area.
