2 Cup(s) granulated sugar
½ Cup(s) of unsalted butter
¾ Cup(s) ofeggnog
Pinch of salt
10½ ounces of white chocolate chips
½ teaspoon of nutmeg
7 ounces marshmallow fluff
1 tsp rum extract this can be optional
Gel Food Colors

Instructions

Add parchment paper to an 8-inch pan. (you can trim the parchment paper if needed to fit the pan better)
Mix the eggnog, sugar, butter, and salt into a saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil of medium-high heat.
Make sure that you stir the entire time, so it doesn't burn. Burn the mixture until all the sugar is dissolved, which will take about 8-10 minutes.
Check the temperature using a candy thermometer. It's ready to take off the stove once it reaches 230 degrees.
Stir in the nutmeg and white chocolate until the mixture is smooth. (if it cools, put it back on the stove and stir over low heat)
After that, stir in the fluff and rum extract, if using.
Let the mixture cool at room temp for 60 minutes.
Then put the mixture in the fridge overnight. (7-8 hours)
Cut into 12 large squares for serving.
