Cut the cheesecake into 6 slices.

Put a popsicle stick on the thicker part bottom area in the middle of the cheesecake slice. Don't let it poke through the sides.

Grab a microwave-safe bowl and melt the candy melts according to the package directions. If you need to add a bit of coconut oil to make it smooth, you can.

Take one of the cheesecake slices on a stick and hold it over the bowl of melted candy melts. Use a spoon and smooth 2 T of the melted candy all over the cheesecake.

Put the cheesecake on the parchment paper and cover it with sprinkles.
