Instructions
Combine half of the pecans, half of the chocolate chips and all of the remaining ingredients together in a large bowl.
Stir well to make sure all ingredients are well incorporated.
Place a piece of cling wrap across the top of an empty large bowl, then scoop the cheese mixture into the center of the cling wrap.
Wrap the cling wrap around the cheeseball and form it into a ball.
Leave the cheeseball in a smaller bowl to hold it's shape and place it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Remove the cheeseball from the fridge, then gently peel the cling wrap from the cheeseball and place the cheeseball in the center of a plate.
Combine the reserved pecans and chocolate chips and stir to mix togther well.
Press the combined pecans and chocolate chips into the sides of the cheeseball, coating the entire exterior of the cheeseball.
Arrange crackers or veggies around the edge of the cheeseball plate and serve.
