Instructions
Start by spraying the slow cooker with non stick spray.
Mix the dry ingredients of flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cocoa, and sugar in a large bowl.
In a different bowl, beat the eggs slightly. Then add in the milk, oil, and vanilla. Whisking the whole time.
Slowly add the water to the milk while whisking.
Then add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir.
Put the batter into the slow cooker. Cover and cook for up to 3 1/2 hours.
Turn off the slow cooker and take off the lid.
Chop up the Cadbury Eggs and sprinkle on the top.
