Place the candy melts into a microwave-safe bowl and heat them per the package directions until the chocolate is smooth.
Spread out a large piece of parchment paper on top of a cookie sheet. Dip each OREO cookie in the melted chocolate, gently shake off the excess chocolate, then place them on the parchment paper. I found this easiest to do with a fork.
When all of the cookies are covered in the white chocolate, place the cookies into the freezer for 5 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the freezer, then, using your gel writing icing, draw a long line from one end of the cookie to the other on each side, with a little curve to it.
Then go back over each large line with perpendicular tiny lines of red gel writing icing to make the stitching. Then enjoy!
