Ingredients

2 pears
3 Cup(s) baby spinach
1 Cup(s) strawberries sliced
½ Cup(s) sunflower seeds
½ Cup(s) honey roasted cashews
½ Cup(s) craisins

For the Dressing:

⅓ Cup(s) white sugar
½ Cup(s) white vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 Cup(s) olive oil
1 tbsp poppy seeds

Instructions

For the Salad:

Peel and halve one pear. Using a melon baller, scoop out the seeds.
Decorate the pear with cashew ears, sunflower seed eyes, craisin mouth, and pear tail.
Peel & Chop the other pear into bite-sized pieces.
Spread baby spinach on a large platter. Add strawberry slices and pear chunks.
Carefully place the two finished pear bunnies on the platter.

For the Dressing:

Whisk all ingredients together vigorously until combined.

To Serve:

Add all of the craisins, cashews, and sunflower seeds to the salad. Top with dressing.
