Instructions
Add the dark cherries, water, and honey to a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Do this until the mixture is bubbly and warmed through.
Take the pan off the heat and put the mixture into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the blended mixture into a pitcher and let it cool for 10-15 to room temperature.
Add the lime juice and mint leaves. Stir. Put the mixture in the fridge until serving time.
Fill four glasses with ice, and then add 1/4 cup of the cherry mixture with 1/2 cup of club soda. Stir carefully and serve!
