Silky smooth and loaded with chunks of chocolate chip cookies, this fudge recipe is a chocolate lover's dream come true. Perfect for gifting or simply indulging!
Spray an 8-inch casserole pan with cooking spray. Add parchment paper and then spray that with cooking spray, too.
Put the flour in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1 minute. The flour needs to reach 165 degrees.
In a different bowl, mix the sugar, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Add in the flour and the salt and beat.
Stir in 1 cup of the mini chocolate chips.
In a different microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips on high. Stirring after the first 30 seconds and then repeating the stirring process after 10 seconds. Don't overheat!!
Add in the condensed milk to the white chocolate and stir. If the chocolate cools down, microwave again for 14 seconds or so to stir and mix.
Add the condensed milk and melted chocolate mixture to the cookie dough mix.
Put the mixture into the pan.
Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top and gently press them in.
Put the fudge in the fridge for around 2 hours.
Take the fudge out and lift it out of the pan with the edges of the parchment paper.
You can use a knife to slice - heat it under hot water and wipe it dry. This will help to make nice and smooth cuts of fudge. You may need to reheat and dry between cuts.
