17 ounce container caramel sauce, divided

8 ounce package Milk chocolate english toffee baking bits

Instructions
Beat the cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the caramel sauce, plus 1/2 cup of the Heath bits, until even. Put the mixture into a serving dish and smooth.
Pour the rest of the caramel sauce over the top and add the rest of the Heath bits.
If adding, put on the peanuts and chocolate chips.
Serve with sliced apples and cookies.
