Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°.
Mix all ingredients in one large bowl.
In a greased 8"x8" baking pan, spread the batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a fork comes out clean.
When cooled, cut into 2" x 1" bars, and serve warm.
Optionally, you could drizzle these with caramel sauce or even frost them with cream cheese frosting.
