1 21 oz can apple pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg

Streusel topping:

1 Cup(s) flour
¼ Cup(s) brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
5 tablespoons of melted butter

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add muffin liners to the muffin pan.
Pour out the pie filling and chop up any larger apple slices in the filling into smaller pieces.
Mix the cake mix, pie filling, egg, and cinnamon.
Spoon the batter into the liners.
To make the streusel, stir the brown sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon until clumps form. Sprinkle that on top of each muffin.
Put the muffin pan in the oven and bake for 17-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool down until they aren't hot to the touch, and then move them to a wire rack to cool completely.
