I adore this easy Andes Mint Fudge Recipe. It's super simple, literally 3 ingredients, but you get this amazing treat that's all mint chocolate goodness.

Line a 4" x 6" baking dish with parchment paper sprayed lightly with cooking spray.
Microwave chocolate chips or almond bark in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval, until chocolate is completely melted.
Working quickly, pour the sweetened condensed milk into the chocolate and stir. You can add more or less, but I usually go with 4 1/2 tablespoons. The more sweetened condensed milk you add, the sweeter, more fudgier the texture; less condensed milk will result in a creamier texture.
Pour fudge into the baking dish in a smooth layer and break-up Andes Mints over the top, patting them in, as desired.
