Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk -I used 2%
  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 handful of ice cubes
  • fresh blueberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in your blender and blend well. Pour into a glass and garnish with extra fresh blueberries and oats. Serve immediately.
