Roasted Pecans

Simple and easy snack for when company drops by!

Ingredients

  • Pecans
  • ½ stick margarine
  • Salt to taste this means quite a bit of salt!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250
  2. Fill cast iron skillet half full of pecans.
  3. Salt to taste.
  4. Bake for 30 mins, stirring every 10 minutes.
