Buffalo-Style Hot Popcorn Recipe

  • 4 cups air-popped popcorn from 1/3 cup kernels
  • 2 Tablespoons buffalo-style sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin optional
  • Salt to taste


  1. Place hot popcorn in a large bowl and drizzle buffalo-style sauce overtop.
  2. Immediately season with spices, taste, and adjust.
  3. Spread out on a baking sheet to dry, if you have time before serving. Approximately 1 hour.
