Tangy Crockpot Pork Stew

  • Medium Pork Roast
  • 4-6 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce separated
  • 1 can of beef broth
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom
  • 1 box of Minute Rice Brown Rice
  • 1 muffin tin of homemade frozen seasoning blend
  • 1/4 cup Tangy BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons minced Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 2-3 more tablespoons of Worcestershire.
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine


  1. Place a Medium Pork Roast in the crock pot, cover with 2-3 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
  2. Cook on low heat for about 6 hours.
  3. Then, about 45 minutes before supper time, turn the heat up to high.
  4. Make 1 box of Minute Rice Brown Rice, but go ahead and put the rice in immediately with a teaspoon of seasoning blend and cook for a total of 9 minutes, don't wait for boil!
  5. Add the rice and the following to the pot: 1/4 cup Tangy BBQ Sauce, 2 Tablespoons minced Garlic, Salt and Pepper to Taste, 2-3 more tablespoons of Worcestershire, and 1/2 stick butter or margarine.
  6. Allow to simmer for about 30 minutes.
  7. Serve and reap the smiles :-)
