OK, so it has been one long and crazy week stuck in a tiny little cabin (think regular hotel room) with 3 boys, one man, and a dog! Yeah! It has been fun and just a hair stressful… so stressful that my husband wanted to know if women can still experience PMS even after a hysterectomy. Yes, he seriously asked! Thankfully, he was smart enough not to ask while I was sitting in the shower crying. ROTFL!
So, it has been one month on the Shaklee Cinch Loss Plan. My stats are ok… not fabulous or anything, but the transformation is astounding!! I am a Pear Shape, so I knew I would lose the weight in my belly first… but until I put the pictures beside each other, I had no clue what a difference it would be in just one month!
I have promised some before and after pictures (and I can NOT believe I am putting these on here for all my friends past and present to see, but…) here are the before and after images for month one.
I can’t wait to see what the end of next month brings! I wasn’t very consistent over the past 30 days with exercise and I can see the lose skin on my stomach and legs. So, I have a few goals for next month in addition to just weight loss. I want to do jumping jacks every day! The goal is 200 per day, but I am not going to beat myself up as long as I do some. I made myself a little penciled chart with every day from now until the 16th of August to record my jumping jacks for the day.
Here are my updated stats:
I also did a little video (about 3 minutes) just talking about my month, how I like the stuff, and showing my shorts! You can catch it below:
