I gained weight again. Last week, I was so excited because I was finally losing. I have no idea what changed this week, but I am up .9 pounds putting me at an even 157! This is crap! I have to be at 149.9 by August 16th to stay on track with my goals. I honestly do not see it happening. I have hit a plateau and don’t know how to get down! Uggh… I was doing so well hitting my first goal WEEKS before I was supposed to, so I should be ahead. I think it is getting to me… I feel a bit depressed right now. Maybe that is why I am gaining? Or maybe (as my husband says) next week will be a big drop.
I am planning to weigh every other day for the next week to help keep myself in check!
