The nice thing with Fitbit is once you set up your free account, it emails your weekly dashboard progress right to you! I really like this feature as it allows me to see if I reached my goals all in one easy to view format.
Another great feature is that you set all your goals- from how many floors you would like to climb to calories you would like to burn, etc. I am able to set personal fitness and activity goals for myself and watch them come to fruition!
Next week I will investigate the sleep function and provide you with some information on that!
