The plan was a yummy blue raspberry ice cream. However, it turned out more teal than blue. As a huge fan of Breakfast at Tiffany’s, this ice cream just became “Ice Cream at Tiffany’s".


– sweetened condensed milk – heavy cream  – vanilla extract – raspberry extract – lemon extract

With a mixer, beat heavy whipping cream until thick. Pour in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and other extracts and fold in until smooth.

How to Make No Churn Ice Cream at Tiffany’s

Add in food coloring and stir. Next, pour ice cream into a freezer safe container.

Freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight.

When it is time to serve, remove from freezer.

Let it sit on the counter to soften about 5-10 minutes before serving.
