Instructions: 1. Turn the Instant Pot to saute mode and cook up the first set of ingredients. 2. Make certain that the beef is browned and cooked all the way.

3. Combine the next set of ingredients in the inner pot right onto the cooked ground beef mixture.

4. Put on the lid and turn the pressure valve to seal. 5. Cook for 4 minutes on manual high pressure.

6. Let the quick pressure release happen. 7. Stir in the cream cheese and cheddar cheese and add a bit of the milk at a time.
