Fast and Easy Instant Pot Beans and Beef

Instant Pot Beans and Beef is one of my favorite ways to eat beef and beans! It’s a great pressure cooker recipe that creates a wonderful family meal.

This Instant Pot beef and bean recipe is one of my favorite ways to use my electric pressure cooker.

Ingredients – Beef stew meat – Onion – Bean dry soup mix, but leave out the seasoning pack – Tomatoes (28 ounces) – Chicken stock

Put the Instant Pot on saute mode and add the beef stew meat and the onions.

Saute until the beef is cooked. Add in the rest of the ingredients.

Put on and close the lid to the Instant Pot and turn to pressure valve to seal.

Cook on manual high pressure for 40 minutes. Once done, allow for a quick pressure release.
