Triple Chunk Chocolate Brownies

Sharing is caring!

Is there a legal amount of chocolate a brownie can have?  If there is, I think these Triple Chunk Chocolate Brownies are against the law.  It’s okay, it’s worth breaking the law for these.

As if a yummy brownie isn’t enough, let’s throw in some extra chocolate, peanut butter, and crunchy walnuts!  I know, your mouth is watering just thinking about it.  That’s okay, in this case you’re totally entitled to drool a bit.

Look at the gooey chocolaty goodness that each of these brownies holds.

I really don’t know where these Triple Chunk Chocolate Brownies have been all of my life, but I’m glad we found each other now.

Whether you make these to indulge for an afternoon snack or are creating these to share at a get-together, they will be a hit.  Just don’t forget the milk!

Specialty Ingredients:

The following ingredients are affiliate links on Amazon because they may be a bit hard to find in your normal store.  I wanted you to be able to see exactly which things we are using.

Reminder, not all ingredients in the chocolate and butter recipe are linked above, just the ones that may be a bit difficult to find or that you might be unsure of what to look for.

Must Have Resources:

When making brownies at home, you really need to have the following Amazon affiliate tools on hand.

Stand Mixer: I included the link to the one I have because I am in love with it.  A stand mixer makes it easier to get all the ingredients well mixed.

Sifter: Trust me on this one!  I am one of those that resisted having something in my kitchen that I would only use a couple times a year and those times typically the SAME event (aka Christmas).  Until, one day I found this gorgeous teal one that I fell in love with. It looks awesome in my Baker’s Rack as decor and I can use it when necessary.

Wondering why you need to use a sifter? Because sifted flour is much lighter than unsifted flour, it is easier to mix into other ingredients. In other words, when you sift flour with the other dry ingredients (like cocoa powder), they combine much more evenly before you combine them with the other ingredients of your brownies or cakes.

Parchment Paper: This is a Baker’s best friend!

Misto: This allows you to avoid aerosol without losing the benefits!  MISTO is a reusable oil spray and mister bottle that gives you the convenience and health benefits of typical aerosol sprayers but in a more healthy, economical and environmental way.

Brownie Pan: Some people like all crispy edges, some like an easy way to cut into squares.  On the other hand, some people just prefer a traditional 8 x 8 baking pan.  Whomever you are, I think I have found the perfect brownie pan for you!

Cake Tester – I love my cake tester.  Instead of throw away toothpicks, just use this inserted in the center of your brownies to see if they are done.

Easy Turtle Brownies… no one would ever believe they are a boxed brownie mix hack!
