Holy moly, this Strawberry Cheesecake Puppy Chow is so good! This coated cereal is such a sweet treat that is perfect for just snacking at home. It’s crunchy and made using jello pudding mixes! Be certain to check out our other puppy chow recipes, too!

Once you mix the ingredients and coat the rice Chex cereal, this snack mix is going to have you hooked!

I love puppy chow because it’s easy to grab and snack as you pass! Maybe that’s why half the bowl is gone before I even realize what is happening.

The pretty pink of this snack mix means it would be great on the dessert table of a Valentine’s Day, Little Girl’s Birthday, or Baby Shower party.

Strawberry Cheesecake Puppy Chow

The key to making this strawberry puppy chow is to be certain that you get everything melted that needs to melt and all the pieces covered with the mixture, too. Everything else besides that is simple and is a fast process!

My boys are very much in love with this recipe, and for good reason. It’s perfectly sweetened and a great way to wake up their taste buds to something delicious and a tad bit unique.

What is another name for puppy chow?

The most popular other name that you’re going to hear for this recipe is called muddy buddy. I don’t care what you call it, just be certain to make it! It’s just so good!

All you really have to worry about is keeping it out of the air. Just store it in an airtight container and that is really all you have to do! Simple and fast!

Strawberry Cheesecake Puppy Chow

This is the perfect way to enjoy a nice treat any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of Rice Chex
  • 1 cup of jello cheesecake mix
  • 1 package of white candy melts
  • ½ cup of strawberry jello
  • 1 cup of Strawberry & Cream Morsels chips

Instructions

Add 1/2 of the cheesecake mix and 1/4 of the jello and 1/2 cup of the strawberry morels into a sealable bag. In a mixing bowl, pour in the cereal and set aside.

In a different bowl add in the candy melts and melt via the directions on the bag.

Once done, pour over the cereal and stir carefully.

Once everything is coated, put it into the sealable bag and add in the rest of the jello and cheesecake mix and morsels. Shake.

Pour out on a baking sheet and let cool.
