Grab a mixing bowl, whisk, and your ingredients to get started making the dough balls. It’s a short and simple process that results in excellent cookies!
These cookies are always at the top of my boy’s wish list and I love to make them, too. I’ve even added in a handful of white chocolate chips for some fun added sugary goodness.
Can you freeze leftover cookies?
You bet! Freezing cookies is a great way to make them last to enjoy later. You just need to put them in a freezer-safe bag or container and keep them out of the air.
Once you want a cookie just remove and let thaw or eat it frozen. Your choice!

These cookies are so simple and easy to make!
Ingredients
Cookies:
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- ⅓ cup of vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
Glaze:
- 1 cup of confectioners sugar
- 4-6 T of milk
Instructions
- Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Grab a bowl and mix together the cake mix, oil, and eggs.
- Use a cookie scoop to measure out the batter and place it on the baking sheet.
- Put in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the surface starts to crack.
- Take out of the oven to let cool on a cooling rack.
Directions for the Glaze:
- To make the glaze, combine the sugar and the milk.
- Drizzle on with a fork once the cookies are cooled.
