Southwestern Fiesta Triscuit Topper

HIKE! The football season is upon us and you can taste it – literally – game day recipes are itching to come off the bench and play.  Triscuit crackers take ordinary and turn it into extraordinary this football season!

Triscuit crackers are made with 100 percent whole grain, are low in saturated fat and a good source of dietary fiber. Triscuit varieties include original, reduced fat, cheddar, cracked pepper & olive oil, fire roasted tomato & olive oil, garden herb, deli-style rye, roasted garlic, thin crisps, and rosemary & olive oil.

Southwestern Fiesta Triscuit Topper

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 3 hours 5 minutes
Total Time: 3 hours 10 minutes

This is such a great appetizer or snack!

Ingredients

  • 8 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 1 oz. reduced-fat white Cheddar cheese cut into 8 thin slices
  • 2 tsp. Light Sour Cream
  • 4 tsp. Chunky Salsa

Instructions

    Top each cracker with 1 cheese slice and a dab each of sour cream and salsa.
