I always like a good excuse to make some cookies and it is even better when the cookies are 27% lower in calories than regular cookies! Seriously! If you replace the sugar in a recipe with the same amount of Equal Sucralose, you chop the calories and keep the flavor!
Before heading out to Walmart to get some new Equal Sucralose in a canister (so much sturdier than the bags from Splenda!), I checked the Equal site for a recipe and my deals site for coupons! Don’t those look good!? Making my grocery list and heading to town. YUM!
Thomas has been home from school for three days, but now my deadline to get this shop done and this recipe made is upon me, so he HAS to go into town with me.
Not only was it a yucky, nasty day but the lines inside of Walmart were unbelievable for 9 am on a Thursday! They only had the 20 item or less lanes open and most of the people in the lines had WAY more than 20 items. But, they didn’t really have a choice, now did they?
For more information on the Equal Canister, please see their website.
