Best peanut butter cookie recipe ? ever!! Easiest recipe the kids can even do it!! I do add extra peanut butter though! After they ARE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES ?!

Ugh- shortening? What would you replace that with that is healthier? Just curious as shortening is only used for suet cakes for the birds in our house, lol. I’m sure butter would be great. Thanks so much for stopping by the Thoughtful Spot Blog Hop!
