How to Make Peppermint Bark Popcorn

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper (or wax paper) or a silicone baking mat. Break out your popcorn popper and get the popcorn ready.

Spread the popped popcorn in an even layer on the cookie sheet.

Melt the chocolate in 25 second bursts in the microwave, stirring between each reheating until completely melted.

Drizzle the white melted chocolate (you can use milk chocolate or even dark chocolate, but I think the white chocolate is prettier) on the popcorn.

Then you drizzle the popcorn with the peppermint chips and sprinkle on the crushed peppermint candies while the chocolate is still wet. You don’t need more than 1/2 cup of peppermints for that much popcorn, really, so just crush the candy canes and however much you make, that’s enough.

Let set/dry for up to 1 hour before putting it into a large bowl to serve or packaging.
