With this Spicy Deviled Egg recipe, in just 15 minutes you’ll have a perfect party snack sure to please even the toughest crowds.

Here are some tips to ensure a great hard cooked egg:

Place eggs in single layer in saucepan; add enough water to completely cover eggs by at least 1 inch. Bring water to a boil; cover. Remove saucepan from heat; let stand 15 min. Drain eggs; immediately place in bowl of ice water. Let stand until completely cooled, changing water if necessary. Perfectly hard-cooked eggs will have a firm yellow center with no greenish tinge.

Unsure what’s the best way to fill your Spicy Deviled Eggs? Spoon egg yolk mixture into small resealable plastic bag. Cut a small corner from the bottom of bag and use it to pipe filling into egg white halves.

Deviled eggs are one of my mother's signature recipes! I'll have to ask her if she uses something similar to your recipe -- maybe she'll want to give it a try!

Thanks for linking up with The Thoughtful Spot - always great to see you there!

I am absolutely salivating at this. I'm giggling too because friends laugh at me that I make deviled eggs all the time, no holiday or picnic necessary. And I love experimenting with new things to do with the yolk. I'm stuck on well seasoned crabmeat right now.

LOL! In the past I made deviled eggs for everything, including just dinner. Now, I almost never do - I should get back into the habit. We love them and they are a fairly cheap appetizer :-)
