We woke up to 38 degree weather down here in Southern Alabama and my husband has a baseball game. So, we are going to be freezing when we roll in tonight.  In fact, today is the first official day of Baseball season down here.  That means that my meals are going to be changing to reflect the little time we have at home.  It will be all about crockpot and make-ahead meals for the next million weeks.  LOL!

Crystal and Company wrote an amazing ebook that shows you how to meal plan!  I highly recommend it… #justsaying  Click here to visit How to Meal Plan eBook.

Be sure to print out your coupons this week!  Remember, you should be able to print them twice.

Ok, on to my menu plan for this week:

Monday: Leftover Soup

Tuesday: Busy Day BBQ Meatballs, Potato Salad, and Broccoli!

Wednesday: Chili sounds like another good body warmer!

Thursday: Leftovers! We should have plenty to last us the rest of the week. So, I am done with cooking and can concentrate on getting some St. Patty’s Day recipes tested and photographed!

Friday: More leftovers
