The benefits of meal planning are varied and many, but the main one is that we are all prepared. With a child in the Autism Spectrum, it is very hard to not have a plan. He doesn’t function nearly as well with surprises. Plus, let’s be real… knowing what is expected of me to get dinner on the table makes my life so much easier!
To help myself keep things a bit more fun, I like to create (and find) menu plan printables! Here are a few of my favorites!
- Snowflake Menu Planning Printable Sheet
- What’s Cooking? Menu Plan
- Keep it Spicy printable menu planning sheet
Be sure to print out your coupons this week! Remember, you should be able to print them twice.
Ok, on to my menu planning ideas for this week:
Monday: Easy Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Braid
Tuesday: Black Bean Chili Recipe
Wednesday: Rotel Dip with Hamburger Meat
Thursday: Easy Italian Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes
Friday: Tilapia
