This lava flow drink is a great way to use up those frozen strawberries and have a kid-friendly drink that has a hint of that pina colada flavor.
The added pineapple juice gives it such a nice boost of natural sweetness that I really like as well! And since you just have to blend until slushy, it’s a fast and easy drink!

The main thing to remember with this simple strawberry mix is that you want to blend until smooth. Once that is done, you just have to pour the mixture into the glass and enjoy!

Lava Flow Mocktail Recipe
This is a fun and easy mocktail recipe that the kids are going to love!
Ingredients
- 1 10-ounce package of frozen strawberries
- 8 ouncesof water
- 8 ounces of pineapple juice
- 8 ounces of cream of coconut
- 3 cups of ice
Instructions
Put the frozen strawberries and the water into the blender and blend. Pour into the bottom of the glasses.
Clean the blender and then add in the cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Pour over the top of the strawberries. It will create a fun swirled look as you're pouring.
