I included two things in your links; thanks for the invitation. One is a Reuben sandwich although the best part of the recipe was curing and making my own corned beef; so superior to anything I’ve ever bought.

I also included a link to a cake I make every St. Patrick’s Day. A one layer cake that is drenched with a syrup made with coffee and Jameson’s Irish Whiskey.

I linked up Irish Brown Bread from an old coobook I found at the library, Malachi McCormick’s “Irish Country Cooking”. It’s pretty healthy, yummy, and is a soda bread not a yeast bread so it’s super easy, and I think it looks pretty too 🙂

Thanks for the fun link party. My Irish Cream Cupcakes have a dark chocolate truffle surprise in the center and are also freezer friendly, so you can make them far in advance.
