Mixing together the corn Chex, chocolate candies, and peanut butter is the biggest step in this whole recipe. Adding all the ingredients to a sealed bag and giving it a good shake is key as well. Other than that, there really isn’t a ton more steps to this simple holiday treat. (you might spend a few minutes stirring, too!)

Grinch Puppy Chow
This Grinch Puppy Chow recipe is a simple way to use corn Chex, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and more!
Ingredients
- 16 ounces of almond bark
- ½ cup of creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 9 cups of corn Chex mix
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- Red/green candy and heart sprinkles
- Green food coloring
Instructions
Put the almond bark, peanut butter, and butter in a big bowl that is safe for the microwave. Heat on high for one minute then stir. Continue to microwave in 15-second intervals until melted.
Add in the green food coloring and stir.
Dump in the Chex cereal and stir.
Put one cup each in two different gallon size bags. Add 1/3 of the mixture to the bag and shake to coat the powdered sugar.
Put the rest of the cereal on a large baking sheet. Pour the sugar-coated cereal over the top of the green cereal and then mix them all together.
Let the mixture rest for at least 30 minutes to set.
Add the red and green sprinkles.
