CLick the “download here” yellow and orange button at the very bottom of the post and enter your name & email address in the pop-up window. That will send you an email to confirm your address. In your email, when you click the “confirm” button, it will open the pdf file. Then, you print the pdf file just as you would any other pdf. 🙂 I hope that helps!
