It was a very quick and easy snack to make, it was really good but a little sweet due to the maple syrup.

Yes, that’s why – if you read the post – I said “Most people would call this a smoothie – and they’re probably right. There’s no ice cream or frozen yogurt in this recipe, but something about calling it a carrot milkshake makes it that much more exciting to kids (and grown-ups)!”

Technically this is a carrot juice but I love the idea of calling it carrot milkshake 😀

I am glad I found out about it. You learn new things every day.. Maybe adding some coconut milk to this would increase the overall experience with carrot milkshake 😀
