Summer time is coming to an end. School is starting soon. Although I am excited about school starting I am going to miss summer. One of my favorite things about summer is BBQ. I am pretty picky about my BBQ meat. I got to try Byron’s Pork BBQ. It only took one bite for me to fall in love. Bryon’s has been hand-pulling the hickory smoked pork since 1957. They slow cook the meat to give it the nice home made taste.
I can’t stand spicy things. Not even a little bit. I don’t like pepper on my stuff because it makes it to spicy for me. The Bryon’s Pork BBQ had just the right amount of sweetness and spicy to it. It really didn’t seem that spicy to me. It was not hard to cook at all. You stick it in the oven for about an hour. That’s it. I used this when I was staying at my mother-in-laws for a weekend. It fed a total of 6 people and we still had plenty of left overs for lunch the next day.
I am not the greatest cook. I have to have a recipe in my hands to cook anything. Bryson’s after several recipe ideas that you can use for when you have company over. My favorite one is the BBQ nachos. Are you not the greatest cook, but you want to blow away your company? Then Bryon’s Pork BBQ is for you!
