Basil Lemon Pepper Chicken Breasts

Summer time is here and so are dinners bursting with flavor. The basil lemon combination in this dish really makes it a nice treat for your taste buds. Knowing chicken breasts are low in calories, you don’t have to feel guilty while indulging.

Pair this Basil Lemon Pepper Chicken with some roasted squash, or some butternut squash fries, and you have a nice, healthy, satisfying meal that everyone can enjoy.

Boneless and skinless chicken breasts are a healthier alternative than chicken with skin, but they can turn out a bit dry if they’re not nicely marinated first.

This recipe will make it easy for you to make a juicy chicken breast with nice flavor.

This marinade is enough to marinate about 4-6 breasts, so make as much as you need.
