Banana Coconut Smoothie Recipe

Banana Coconut Smoothie

From Minnie:  It was really terrible to have to admit that my husband and I had never tried a smoothie!  But that all ended tonight!  We found this smoothie recipe on the Thai Kitchen website and decided to try it for dessert tonight.  It was fantastic!  We both decided we could get very addicted to these in a hurry!  🙂

Recipe found on Thai Kitchen website:

This was absolutely delicious.  We used Tropicana’s Trop50 Orange Juice because that is what we had on hand…and it certainly was nice to be able to reduce the calories in the smoothie a bit…but we both agreed that we think it may be even better with the Pineapple Mango.  I believe we’ll try that next time!

DISCLAIMER:  Kelli was sent a few Thai Kitchen item to review, but Minnie is more of a Thai eater, so she got to try the things out.  No money exchanged hands and any opinions are our own.

Banana and pipneapple, mmmm! We just took milk out our diet for addressing food allergy problems and my son doesn't go for some of the cultured dairy smoothies we make. I hadn't thought of coconut milk, I'll have to try it.
