Menu Plan Monday: Last Week of Baseball

I am not going to see my husband a whole lot this week because he is umpiring at the local baseball park (well, he has been doing that since High School Ball, where he Coaches, has been over. But, this is the last week of it and he wants to make as much extra money as possible. So, he will be gone just about every night and part of Saturday!

BTW, only 13 days of school!! Wow, I am shocked!

Monday: Crockpot Pizza (determined to get this made before the boys eat all the pepperonis!)

Tuesday: Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken (Taste of Home: Cooking School Cookbook: 400 + Simple to Spectacular Recipes), and Copycat KFC Cole Slaw

Wednesday: Glazed Pork Chops with Corn Bread Dressing (Taste of Home)

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Jerk Chicken Nachos and some other finger foods for Movie Night!

Menu Plan Monday: We Are Finally Live

So, my site has been down or all wonky since about 5 o’clock on Friday evening. Made for a very frustrating weekend! I am looking into other hosting options, but the problem is the down time and email loss if I switch. Since I have been down all weekend, I don’t really want to go down again!

OK, so I had a lady complain that I put the same menu on all 3 of my websites. I tried explaining that I do that because I have 3 different blogs and that different people read different blogs… however, they are ALL me and all MY menu plan.

So, my question to you is, does it bother you that I have the same menu plan on all three sites? If it does, do you have a suggestion?

This week, I am in my Recipes to Try: Chicken board on Pinterest to choose a couple recipes for my menu. I will also be checking into a new cookbook Frugally Delicious (I am published within it!) to see if anything strikes my fancy.

Menu Plan Monday: Happy Birthday Zachary!

My middle child is now out of the single digits! Well, not ACTUALLY until 10:27 this evening, but still. LOL! It is really kind of a sad day for me. They are all growing up so fast! I really wish time would just stop for a bit so I can enjoy them.

Well, this is another busy week for us… why is it that the last month of school seems to be the absolute busiest? May is crazy! I am running out of empty days on my Calendar, seriously!

Monday: Assembly at 6:00 pm at School – whatever we are having it will be QUICK.

Tuesday: Acro for Tank today: Roast, gravy, mashed potatoes, and corn – great crockpot meal

Wednesday: Field Trip plus Jazz & Acro for Zack: Leftovers and probably some biscuits to stretch it

Thursday: Nothing yet… Chicken Broccoli Braid

Friday: Meatloaf that I didn’t get to last week

Menu Plan Monday: Silence is Golden

Ha! I don’t really mean that at all. While I will get so much more work done today than I did all last week, it was nice having my whole family home again. I miss homeschooling so much, but I love seeing my boys thrive at school!

Anyway, this week is another one of those weeks. Stanley Steamer comes on Tuesday anytime between 9 and 1, then it starts acro, jazz, etc! Baseball is over so that is now off our schedules AND my husband and oldest will be home much earlier these days.

Menu Plan Monday: Just Another Day in the Office

Ok, on to my menu plan for this week:

Monday: I am thinking that I will be doing frozen pizzas, TV Dinners, or something similar! Today, I will be painting the last wall and deep chocolate and then doing baseboards, doors, etc.

Tuesday: I am hoping to start my morning by putting something in the crockpot. If I don’ get there, then no telling because my new furniture is supposed to arrive this day. That means, I will be putting it together and organizing it!

Wednesday: Hopefully back into the swing of things! By today, my house will probably be such a disaster that I will be doing some massive cleaning through the day! How does East Italian Meatloaf, Potatoes and Cheese, Broccoli, and Honey Butter Biscuits sound?

Thursday: Leftovers!

Friday: Last day of Spring Break, gotta take my kids to the beach! Picnic foods sound great: fried chicken, potato salad, etc
