MAY 18th – Day #27

Recycle electronics such as computers and DVD players.  “eCycling” reduce pollution from hazardous elements inside electronics and recycles natural resources such as copper and gold.

Mom Says: As of now, we don’t have an ecycling center.  Plus, I worked in a Landfill Office for quite some time and they were working on offering eCycling, but the only way to do it would be to charge people for each electric item they brought it.  I don’t want to have to pay someone to get rid of my trash!  Anyone have a better solution?  :-)

Be sure to link your post, etc up below!

I will be posting each daily activity as well as a Mck Linky.  You should write a blog post, facebook post, Whrrl photo book, YouTube video, Twitter, etc of what you are doing and include it in the linky.   At the end of the 40 days, I will randomly choose one person (via Random.org) to win this awesome backpack of Elmer’s goodies

Show your love for trees by planting one.

Mom Says: Oh, we are so horrible!  We have it on out to do list to cut down some of the trees in out backyard.  We have soooo many oak trees, that we have zero grass.  I want a couple of them gone and may others cut back quite a bit.  But, once I have some sun in my backyard, I am going to plant some bushes.  :-)
