Cabin fun seems to be my theme today, from Toys and Games we can take to the Cabin to learning all about the History, Plants, Animals, and Birds of Mississippi. So, might as well keep the Summer to Remember theme going and come up with a menu fit for a king! We can do some cool treats and some grilled food, but also some typical Mississippi Fare!

At The Cabin: Cooking at the cabin is not an easy task! #1 – we stay pretty busy and don’t want to spend forever getting foods ready. #2 – it is a REALLY little cabin and it get really hot if we do too much on the stove. #3 Mississippi water is disgusting.. like rotten eggs gross! So, we don’t like to cook things that take water. (seriously, I fill my dog’s bowl with bottled water while we are there. LOL!
Now, I have to try to decide on a workable menu from all my pins for the cabin trip this year so that we can have a Summer to Remember!
