Michelina’s Lean Gourmet® ran the Make It Your Michelina’s challenge recently allowing fellow bloggers to have the chance to create some delicious lunch options for their families using their products. There were many wonderful choices to choose from. I have to admit I’m not a fan of frozen meals, but there are times when it’s well worth having them in your home.
I’ve used Michelina’s Lean Gourmet® myself on many occasions. Like the fellow bloggers, I enhanced it with other products I love. Babysavers and I like creating the same quick healthy lunch option for our families. Her option wasn’t really anything new to me. I couldn’t resist mentioning it though because it is a very good way to get your kids to eat broccoli.
I did go through the eight recipes that was shared by Michelina’s Lean Gourmet® and picked out three recipes that I think I are worth mentioning. These recipes look delicious, swift, and easy to create in a short period of time.

Michelina’s Lean Gourmet® has many new recipes of their own that they created recently that look mighty appealing and worth trying. I am going to have to try out the Michelina’s Gyro, Lasagna Tacos and maybe even the Taco Bowls. These meals and ideas have given me ways in which to feed my family rapid healthy meals without losing the flavor we look for in our meals.
