Before I get into my menu planning ideas. I want to talk a bit about how my workouts and weight loss are coming. 🙂
Last week was really good for me! I ended up losing 3.4 pounds and 2 total inches! I am kind of expecting that to slack off some this week and next week will be even worse since I weigh on Saturday’s (the day before Easter Dinner with the Family! YIKES!) However, I have been working out and it has been KILLING me! I have had sore muscles all week long, but instead of taking a break I have pushed through! They have not hurt so badly that I can’t move, but I can feel the burn in them from working them.
So, this week I want to ramp up the exercises a bit more – last week was more a “get your body over the first hurdle”. This week is more “make those muscles REALLY hurt” and “burn that fat”!
So, here’s the plan!
Tuesday – Cardio – will use Just Dance 4 for XBOX
Wednesday – Upper Body Workout at Home from Fitness Blender
Thursday – Cardio – will use Kinect Sports
Friday – Kissable Abs from Body Rock TV
Saturday – Rest Day – get in walking!
Sunday – Family Fun with Xbox
**All of the exercises are at home, no gym equipment necessary except today’s! For Monday I need a stability ball, but I have a great one. The link for it is an Amazon affiliate link, but I actually got mine at Walmart!
Ok, food time! This is what I will be making for my boys – I will carefulyl measure and such so I can find out calorie servings for me and Ricky. If over 300 calories per serving, then we will eat salads, grilled chicken, and tuna type meals.
