Menu Plan Monday: Daylight Savings Time Has Begun!


I don’t know about you, but the time change really has my sleep patterns all out of whack!  I got almost nothing done yesterday because I over slept… majorly!  So, today… in typical Monday fashion is all about getting caught up and trying to get my body on the new schedule.

To keep my energy up a bit today as I plow through my to do list (or at least that is the plan) I am already drinking my yummy Caramel Mocha Protein Shake and just might be making  2nd one before too terribly long.

Be sure to print out your coupons this week!  Remember, you should be able to print them twice.


Ok, on to my menu plan for this week:

Monday:  Fried Pork Chops, Potato Salad, and Green Beans

Tuesday: Crockpot Pizza

Wednesday: Red Beans and Rice

Thursday: Taco Bake

Friday: Jerk Chicken Nachos, Pizza Dip, and other snack type things. We are planning a Netflix movie night!
