Yay! It is finally here… tomorrow we are headed to the Cabin and I think I am more excited than the boys! We you go Cabin Camping, you have to plan every single meal so that you have all the necessary supplies. It isn’t like you have things in the freezer or pantry you can grab. Plus, the grocery store isn’t right down the road. However, your stove is small so you can’t cook elaborate dinners.
Be sure to print out your coupons this week! Remember, you should be able to print them twice.
Ok, on to my menu plan for this week:
Monday: Clean out the fridge tonight to finish up leftovers.
Tuesday: Crockpot Pizza I can prepare this at home and take the Crockpot with us so we can eat it our first night at the cabin!
Wednesday Breakfast: Donuts
Wednesday Lunch: Leftover Crockpot Pizza
Wednesday Supper: Snack Night! We will have some TGI Friday Frozen goodies, some Chicken nuggets, probably Tater Tots, and maybe even some Bagel Bites. No it isn’t healthy, but it is fun and this is a vacation after all!
Thursday Breakfast: PopTarts
Thursday Lunch: Sandwiches
Thursday Supper: Frito Pie
Friday Breakfast: Homemade Muffins
Friday Lunch: Snack Tray (from Hormel) and Lunchables for the Boys
Friday Supper: Lloyds BBQ Pork Sandwiches
Saturday Breakfast: Cereal
Saturday Lunch: We are inviting the whole family over for a cookout… Baked Chicken, Green Beans, Baked Beans, Corn, Deviled Eggs, Potato Salad, Rolls, Watermelon. Sounds good, right? If you are in Southern Mississippi head on over to Indian Point about noon.
Saturday Supper: Leftovers
Sunday Breakfast: Cheese Toast
