GIVEAWAY: Fiesta Dinnerware 2 Piece Prep Baking Bowl Set

I have always loved Fiesta Dinnerware. From the vibrant colors to the high quality of their pieces, Homer Laughlin has succeeded in making fantastic dinnerware for the past 75 years. Made here in the United States, Fiesta Dinnerware continues to be the top choice of brides-to-be, and is considered a must-have in everyday dinnerware. In celebration of their 75th anniversary, Homer Laughlin has created a beautiful collection of Fiesta Dinnerware in Marigold, a stunning, vibrant yellow.

I received a 2 piece Prep Baking Bowl Set in Marigold. Right out of the box, it took my breath away! The larger bowl is 2 quarts, and the smaller is 1 quart. Just holding it in your hands, you know that it is a solid, well-made piece of dinnerware. I decided right away that some fresh strawberries and a loaf of banana bread would be a great way to break in my new bowls! Want my recipe? Lucky you!

5 ripe bananas
1 (18 1/2 oz.) box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional

Preheat oven to 350F. Mash bananas. Add all other ingredients. Mix for two minutes with hand mixer. Spoon into buttered 5×9 loaf pan and 12 lined muffin tins. Bake for 50 minutes, removing the muffins after the first 30 minutes. Done! Easy peasy, right?

Try and tell me that strawberries in these gorgeous bowls don’t scream springtime!

Homer Laughlin, the makers of Fiesta Dinnerware, has graciously offered one lucky 3 Boys and a Dog reader a 2 Piece Prep Baking Bowl Set in Marigold of their very own!
