Disney Creates Smart Apps For Kids

Any child who loves Disney will enjoy the adventures they get to go on with their favorite Disney characters on the Disney Junior Appisodes App. I would definitely say that this app is filled with smart apps for kids. It is available for both the iPhone and iPad.

The app comes with a Mickey’s Road Rally. However, a parent can order from four other appisodes to keep their child entertained for only $4.99 apiece. These apps are the full length of a regular series show. They are big downloads so keep that in mind when you put them on your phone.

We got the Doc McStuffins Rescue Ronda & a Bad Case of the Pricklethorn appisodes for my daughter who is one years old. My one year old was a bit too young to fully understand what she was supposed to be doing on the app, but she definitely was eager to figure it out. I had to help her every step of the way, but she once she learned how to do it. She was one proud little girl treating her patients.

We got the Jake and the Never Land Pirates Hide the Hideout! & Captain Hook’s one for the boys. My son didn’t get the chance to play his app we got him too much due to only have the app on one phone in the house. However, when he got the chance he was thrilled to be a part of Jake’s crew. It required that he put some thought into his actions. He was able to learn about directions and other small things. He gave him loads of reinforcement for his good efforts. When he didn’t do something right, it let him know.

The Disney Junior Appisodes App allows a parent to give their young child access to one app that will keep them entertained for a while. These smart apps for kids allow your child the ability to learn many small bits of educational stuff. The kids don’t even realize they are learning it because it’s so much fun to be on these adventures with their beloved Disney friends.

You can find out more about the inspiration behind this app by watching the Disney Junior shows themselves on their website. You can connect with Disney Junior on Facebook and Twitter.

  1. Great review, thank you. We love Disney in our house (who doesn’t), and I’m always looking for safe, kid friendly apps that are educational also. If the kids are going spend time on their devices then I want them to be learning while they do it. i also like this because as a Disney fan I can ‘play’ with them and enjoy it.

    • Thank you for stopping by. Yes, these little apps are definitely fun to do with the kids because it’s remarkable watching their little eyes light up as they figure out the next mission. They do learn quite a bit.
